How do I return an item for refund or exchange?
When Returning a part please contact our PartsFish Customer Service toll free 1-800-964-1882 to get your RA # (Return Authorization number)
If you are not able to contact us during normal business hours you can contact us by email. Please make sure to include a valid email address and phone number so that we are able to reach you to verify your return. Also Please include your Order # &/or Ticket # and the Part # you wish to return.

How long do I have to return my parts?
Most returns must be within 14 days of the date that it was shipped to you (as shown on your invoice).
However some manufacturers will allow us more time on returns. When you call us to get your RA # we will do what we can to extend the return time as needed.
What items are not returnable?
Please understand that the manufacturers of the products Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha will not accept returns for the following items:
• Electrical Parts (However if the part is defective they will allow return for exchange under warranty) But they will not accept a return for electrical items
• Close Out Items (If it is a closeout and or a discounted item none of the manufacturers will accept the return)
What about Order Cancellations?
If we have the part in stock at the time of order and you wish to cancel your order there will not be a restock fee. If it is a special order item that we dod not have in stock if you contact us the same day the order is placed to cancel your order there will not be a restock fee. If you cancel an order that has special ordered items on the order and if the parts have already been ordered, then we can not cancel the special order from the manufacturer. If it was a special ordered item it is not something that we would normally stock, we would return the pat back to the manufacturer. They charge us a restock fee and we have to pay for shipping back to the manufacturer, the restock fee is starts at 20% to 30% depending on the manufacturer.
How do I Return an item?
You must return your parts in un-used condition, and you must pay to ship it back to us, we realize that in most cases you may have opened your pkg and decided you didn't like the part you ordered or decided you didn't need the part, please make sure to try and not damage the packing. We will still accept your return but we require that you send the original packing with the returned item. Please understand that If we can't return it to the manufacturer because the pkg is un-usable, then we would need to attempt to re-sell the part, if it is not presentable then we would not be able to re-sell the part. Please make sure to return your parts with the pkg in it's best possible condition.
What is the Dillon Brothers MotorSports Exchange Policy?
We will authorize exchanges and waive any restock fee if you are returning a part for an exchange. All of the same policies for Returns apply to exchanges including restocking fees if the part is returned to us in un-sellable condition and is returned to us with out the original packing (see Return Policy Above). With exchanges, this is still a return so please contact us before sending anything back to us to receive your RA #. This return number will help to make sure that your exchange is completed quickly.
